Position Description
Evaluates, designs, coordinates and implements training and education programs specific to departmental specialty. Conducts integrated training needs assessments and monitors and reports the effectiveness of training.

Major/Essential Functions
Facilitates learning and development using various methods for new and existing contact center staff.
Monitors, evaluates, and reports on progress of new and existing contact center employees.
Audits key performance reports to create refresher training and enhance current and existing knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Provides coaching and mentoring sessions with new and existing employees to develop competencies.
Monitors and evaluates new-hire and existing staff performance to ensure that institutional and clinical department procedures are followed.
Identifies training opportunities to address deficiencies and improve performance.
Escalates and addresses deficient staff performance and behaviors to contact center management as necessary.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements comprehensive training programs for new and existing contact center staff.
Develops training courses associated with the introduction of new procedures or services.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.

Organizes and maintains training venues, logistics, and equipment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three years related experience.
