|A student enrolled in an institution of higher education other than Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University Healthe Sciences Center employed to perform work as assigned by the supervisor|
|Provide specialized clerical assistance in Research Records and data input. Will work closely with a coordinator. Student Assistant will help facilitate in Human Growth & Development classes by distributing and collecting pre/post-tests, teaching classes (with training) and preparing reports of efficacy. Serve as a representative of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Department of OB/GYN. Handle social media sites and maintain blogs on the applicable platform(s). Frequency: Daily or Weekly.|
| Assemble "packets" for distribution at events or educational offerings. Attending events or educational offerings as a representative of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Department of OB/GYN, some occurring in the evening or on the weekends. |
Create and maintain mailing lists for area coalitions and conferences. Filing agendas, minutes, and handouts from various meetings and perform any other duties available throughout the department.

| A student enrolled in at least 6 hours of school in an institution of higher education pursuing a degree in the health sciences, communication, education, or health education.|
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel as well as social media appropriate for age.
