Position Description
The Programmer Analyst I's role is to develop, test, and maintain software applications in support of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.
The Programmer Analyst I will work with the Clinical Informatics team to execute strategic projects for process improvement in Managed Care. This role will manage projects through completion, documenting process progress, managing constituent
expectations and activities, and engaging constituents with contextual information.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for completion of projects.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Develop plans to monitor and track progress of projects. Manage changes to the scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communicates the status, stakeholder responsibilities, stakeholder performance, and project performance on a regular basis.
  • Uses a combination of personality, experience, sales and marketing to influence stakeholders’ performance in projects with exceptional participant experience and completion of tasks

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal four (4) years.
