Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Scheduling 4th year students to Permian Basin and surrounding region clinical rotations, collecting evaluations and submitting grades, liaise with hospitals and clinics to ensure credentialing is complete and accurate, education and community outreach under the direction of the director. Coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines. Assisting Regional Dean’s office with projects and internal/external duties. Responsibilities include organizing, communicating and developing projects relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects.
Minimum Hire Rate
Ability to multitask and work carefully and be attentive to detail. Will need to have good writing and communication skills as position will interact with different professionals within the community, general public and the university to accomplish research goals.

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
