Position Description
Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Major/Essential Functions
Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CATR ECHO project objectives, including short and long-term planning, Collaborates with Project team, professionals, technical and support staff, ISD’s, CATR Leadership, and other stakeholders to support Project objectives, Provides administrative and operational support for Hub team (CATR team and Subject Matter Experts) and Spoke site (ISD) participants, Serves as liaison between Hub team and Spoke sites, During CATR ECHO sessions, takes appropriate notes, fields communication, and monitors participation, Facilitates and enhances day-to-day operating relations with site coordinators and other stakeholders, as appropriate to position, Coordinates Project events to include scheduling of CATR ECHO sessions and trainings through the use of email platforms, save the date invitations, Zoom videoconferencing, and open communication, Assists in the creation and dissemination of CATR ECHO session marketing and Project materials, including but not limited to agendas, folders, newsletters, CEU certificates, and participant records, Scheduling of Subject Matter Expert meetings with Project leadership and for quality and training purposes, Participates in Project strategic planning, Assists in the development and implementation of Project timelines, Assist in the development and maintenance of resource repositories for Hubs, Spoke sites, and Subject Matter Experts.
