Position Description
Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Major/Essential Functions
Recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects.
Accountable to director for all program activities.
As assigned by Director to accomplish the organizational goals of UME.

Schedule Details
Some work may be required outside the normal M-F 8 To 5 work schedule. Occasional weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multitask and work carefully and be attentive to detail. Will need to have good writing and communication skills as position will interact with different professionals  within the community, general public and the university to accomplish research goals Some work may require being handled/done over the weekends and/or holidays.

Required Qualifications
