Position Description
Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Prepare and maintain individualized degree plans for SHP students utilizing DegreeWorks.

  • Communicate with new and current students regarding enrollment management needs.

  • Assist with Add/Drop and Withdrawal requests.

  • Manage SHP Enrollment Management Email.

  • Process course transfer forms.

  • Maintain SHP graduation dates

  • Assist with enrollment management reporting.

  • Assist with Banner and Xtender Tasks to include, digital imaging and indexing.

  • Assist with registration tasks and questions.

  • Assist with maintaining SHP graduation dates.

  • Assist applicants and current students.

  • Assist in answering phones and fielding questions about programs and applications.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality for applicants, current students, faculty and staff.

  • Assist with School of Health Professions special events.

  • Maintain the ability to work well with co-workers, faculty, staff, and students, provide excellent customer service and multitask with ease.

  • Perform related work as required.

  • Observe work safety rules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in higher education.

  • Experience working in Banner, Xtender and DegreeWorks.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and multitask.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; must have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with faculty/staff/students.

Pay Statement
