Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.

Responsible for the oversight and execution of the internal student and employee giving efforts.
- ?Oversee and manage the Our HSC employee giving campaign for all TTUHSC campuses. Duties include committee management, fund oversight, grant request intake and execution, and record management.
Oversee and manage the Our Legacy Now Student Foundation for all TTUHSC campuses. Duties include serving as the point of contact, event planning, fundraising efforts, member benefit program execution, social media management, membership and record management.
Manage and coordinate the President's Select student group with direction from the Office of the President. Duties include point of contact, application management, event coordination, membership coordination, and record management.
Manages the volunteer day of service for all students and campuses.
Organize monthly toastmaster meetings and facilitates speakers.
Manage Alumni Relations budget, process budget revision, purchase supplies, and other invoices as needed for the office of Alumni Relations.
Responsible for Thank you correspondence for Our HSC and Our Legacy Now.
Support alumni events as needed.
Follows all safety rules set by the HSC Safety Services Office.
Aligns with the TTUHSC Values Culture.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
