Develop instructional materials and products and assist in the technology-based redesign of courses. Assist faculty in learning about, becoming proficient in, and applying instructional technology.
Up to 25%
Provide direct faculty support, ensuring that accessibility standards are established and maintained in course content.
Facilitate trainings for all faculty/staff on accessibility in course content.
Coordinate accessibility in testing situations where needed.
Engage in professional development to stay current on accessibility guidelines, WCAG, and ADA standards.
Minimum Hire Rate
Working knowledge of and ability to interpret and explain WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 standards for web content and accessible course design.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while handling information confidentially.
Exceptional customer service skills required.
