Major/Essential Functions
Senior Specialist position coordinates the media development for the TTUHSC Libraries at the Health Sciences. This position develops and maintains The Methodology Lab website and marketplace, and assists librarians with the development of instructional videos and presentation graphics for campus libraries. Duties include video editing/recording: capturing, assembling video/audio footage, and closed captioning. The development of graphics and web-based promotional materials. Updates and maintains website content. Creates and assists in the creation of innovative projects/programs in support of the mission of the library. Experience using photography and video equipment, along with software like MS PowerPoint, in addition to Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.

Experience in graphic design, photography, video production, and web design. Ability to problem solve and work independently. Ability to follow through with short and long term projects. Ability to plan, track, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and meetings. Ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationship with patrons, staff, and other departments.
Knowledge of social media trends. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
