Major/Essential Functions
  • Inpatient and outpatient clinical service with special focus on diabetes mellitus management.
  • Teach, supervise, and mentor medical students and residents on Endocrinology Service.
  • Lecture and conferences to all levels of medical students and Internal Medicine residents.
  • Clinical translational or basic science research experience and interest is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience of resident training in Internal Medicine.
  • Completion of an Endocrinology Fellowship - ABIM Board eligible or board certified 
  • Exemplary clinical skills
  • Evidence of scholarly activity
  • Strong interest in teaching
  • Research interest in Endocrinology at the basic or clinical or translational level
