Position Description
The Enterprise Network Support Technician II’s scope of responsibility includes providing technical installation and primary support for data, voice, video, or other specialized networks at the enterprise level. Discretion and sound judgment is expected. Enterprise positions are restricted for use in central IT Division areas reporting to the institutional CIO and, as such, may interface with key IT leadership and/or other functional leadership from the Texas Tech University System institutions.

Major/Essential Functions
Basic understanding of videoconferencing and/or IP networking principles, the operation of video recording and playback equipment, the operation of digital audio and video equipment, and the technical setup and functional checking of audio

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred: Associate Degree in related field and one-year documented qualifying experience in related field. One-year experience in an educational/medical setting. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. Experience with Zoom video conferencing platform and account administration. Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making techniques.
