Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
Employee completes all components relating to the CLASS Program billings including creating CLASS account receiveables after monthly billing. Employee ensures all claims are paid accordingly.

Ensure Medicaid eligibility by downloading information from THMHP.

Employee provides phone coverage.

Responsible for attending Staff Meetings

Responsible for ensuring Social Workers license are active and in good standing.

Assists with planning, coordination and follow-up of WTCMP special projects.

Performs all other related duties. Such as processing all travel vouchers as needed.

Responsible for participating in the Institution's Performance Improvement Program.

Will assume the role of back up Supervisor

Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
