Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
Responsible for matching schedules of faculty with students and communicating frequently with students regarding schedules. Tracks and coordinates faculty memberships and licensure renewals. Updates CV's annually and gathers necessary information for faculty appointments. Works with Clerkship Director on schedules and planning students exams, clinical evaluations and lectures. Organizes all evaluation elements of a student's grades. Complies elements into a final grade and enters data into appropriate computer application. Assist students with gathering necessary information to meet educational clerkship objectives in scheduling, reporting and in preparing documents in a timely manner.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.

Position may be responsible for patient check in and check out, patient payment determination and processing, demographic and insurance verification, insurance authorization, deposit preparation, phone call answering, patient scheduling, scanning, supply ordering, and mail log.

Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
