Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.
Professional/Personal Reference, Recommendation/Referral
*Manage the student registration process for program.
*Assist with program compliance reporting.
*Provide support, guidance and mentorship to students.
*Coordinate the orientation and training of new employees.
*Assist in the organization of program meetings and preparation of agenda/minutes.
*Track student enrollment and ensure tuition payments are received each semester.
*Assist with the student admissions process.
*Maintain academic program files.
*Maintain administrative program files.
*Coordinate program calendar.
*Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls.
*Open and distribute mail.
*Purchase items for the program.
*Coordinate orientation and other student events for the program.
*Assist faculty with licensure renewal and memberships.
*Manage pcard process.
*Process online travel applications and vouchers for faculty members, prospective employees, and visitors.
*Track and maintain property inventory for program.
*Prepare financial reports for the program director.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
