Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
Coordination of all Medical Student rotation experience through our department:  orientation schedules, daily schedules, call schedules, lecture schedules; including room reservations, equipment setup, supplies, and assisting faculty with lecture presentations, grading and evaluation processing and reporting; creation of database to track faculty, resident and student progress and to assist the Director and the Chair with improvements to our system.  First point of contact for student rotations in our department.

Preferred Qualifications
Organizational and time management skills are necessary.  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel are a plus.
