Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Adheres to the ServicePlus Philosophy.
  • Follows all Safety rules set by the HSC Safety Services Office.
  • Processes travel reimbursements for all Institutional Advancement staff.
  • Maintains and processes all procurement cards for all Institutional Advancement staff.
  • Prepares daily gift deposits and ensures proper placement of gifts.
  • Provides coverage for answering the HSC IA phones.
  • Serves as property custodian for IA.
  • Purchases and maintains IA shared spaces, orders office supplies, memberships, and equipment for IA.
  • Assists in creating new gift funds.
  • Maintains files both paper and digital.
  • Responsible for all IA purchasing including P0's, Direct Pays, and payment of invoices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years. Experience excludes volunteer work experience.
