Major/Essential Functions
The successful candidate will practice  as a member of the cardiopulmonary ICU team at the Dallas VA Medical Center, rotating between the medical and cardiac ICU services. The School of Pharmacy has partnered with the Dallas VA Medical Center for over 15 years to provide nationally-recognized patient care and educational programs. The faculty member’s primary teaching responsibilities will include development and delivery of didactic, laboratory, cased/simulation-based, and experiential teaching within the School of Pharmacy curriculum. The successful candidate will also engage in scholarship and training of pharmacy residents.

Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a PGY2 residency in Critical Care or equivalent practice and teaching experience. Board certification is strongly preferred. Licensure or eligibility to be licensed in the state of Texas is required. Professional level will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
