Position Description
Performs administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and program. Under general supervision, performs varied and complex administrative duties requiring independent judgment and the application of established policies and procedures. May provide supervision and direction to clerical, para-professional or professional staff members.

Major/Essential Functions
  1. Manage and  coordinate marketing and outreach for BCE Lubbock and BCE Amarillo.
  2. Designs, develops and implements strategic marketing plans for BCE to promote services and activities of BCE to West Texas physicians and potential patients.  Works closely with TTUHSC Office of Communication & Marketing with regards to public relations, press, media, releases and creation of documentation and photography for the BCE marketing plans.
  3. Ensures National Quality Forum (NQF) measure for BCE are maintain in all aspects of the multidisciplinary series.
  4. Serve as Fund Manage which includes preparing and excuiting budgets and tracking funds, resources and expenditures.
  5. Serve as Administrator for BCE which includes setting administrative policies and procedure for the program and team members.
  6. Support and represents the Executive Director, as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing or related field.  Professional in Healthcare Quality certification (CPHQ) or ability to obtain CPHQ certification within 12 months of hire.  Knowledge of health care administration and personnel  management.  Experience in Lean Six Sigma in Healthcare.  Belt level certification desired or able to obtain within 12 months of hire.

Required Qualifications
