Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
Distributes incoming mail, i.e. transcripts, letters of recommendations, evaluations for School of Nursing and School of Pharmacy; Answering emails and phone calls from both current and prospective students as well as the Schools; Process Oath of Residencies, Serve as a backup for Senior Analyst; Verify Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy admitted student records are accurate and compliant for state and internal auditing purposes; Verify student records are  accurate and ready for registration for the Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy; process records in Axiom; Serve as backup for processing SPEEDE's; Maintain strict confidentiality for admitted students, current students, faculty and staff; Maintain the ability to work well with co-workers, faculty, staff, and students - provide excellent customer service and multi-task with ease; Responsible for maintaining downloads of JTS transcripts, WES evaluations and Parchment documents; Attend professional development conferences or webinars.
