Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Distribute incoming mail as needed to School of Nursing
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Process Oath of Residencies for School of Nursing applicants
  • Process records in the Axiom system
  • Serve as the backup for processing electronic documents
  • Verify and audit admitted student records for School of Nursing
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for applicants, students, staff and faculty
  • Maintain the ability to work well with other
  • Adhere to institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure TSI compliance for School of Nursing undergraduate admits
  • Assist with processing drop counter for undergraduate nursing students

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
